We offer web design for an affordable price. Whether you want a large website, selling products online and client scheduling or just a basic webpage with your business services and enquiry form - we have you covered!

Standard Package -

Webpage Setup - We setup the webpage for you with squarespace

Domain (new or transferred) - We setup a domain that is suitable for your criteria OR we can transfer your domain - If your domain is a top level domain we cannot transfer this domain as it is owned by that platform. We will discuss this when setting up a domain. All domain and webpage costs are covered for 12 months.

SEO/GEO and SGE - We understand that SEO (and all the other stuff) is confusing and time consuming. Pellen and Palmer will research the Basic SEO/GEO and SGE to get your website up and running.

Email and Business Integration - Pellen and Palmer will integrate all your email (or sign you up for a new one if you prefer) plus input all your business details including business registration, tax, opening hours/days plus google map location mapping.

Logo conversion - Transparent - Got a logo? awesome - We will transfer your logo into a transparent so it will not overtake the webpage also, we will turn it into a favicon for tab display.

Basic Blog, Podcast and Video E-Commerce Setup and Uploading - Blogs, podcasts and videos are excellent for customer experience and SEO. We will upload your blog/podcast/videos to your webpage for you.

Popup and List building Integration - got a free offer to gather emails and re-advertise to clients? We will integrate this for you.

E-Commerce - Selling physical or digital products? send us the info and we will upload it for you. Make passive income!

Access to video meetings for setup criteria and maintenance - Sometimes we will need to chat in person about criteria, uploads, upgrades and changes. We will send you a link to book a time via zoom to do this in person.

Multimedia Bundle - Everything from STANDARD +

3 logo conversions - Transparent, Black, White - logos can be lost with different backgrounds. We will convert your logo into transparent, black and white.

Graphics and template design - Want graphics that pop? we can do that for you as well!

Digital Presence - Everything from STANDARD & MULTIMEDIA +

Facebook Social Media Plan (This can be adapted to other platforms) - We will help you plan out 44 weeks of Facebook live sessions to start boosting your audience. Also included is your blog posts being posted each month when they are launched.

Chat Bot assistance - Need a chat bot to talk to potential customers? We can set that up for you.

Pixel Integration - Pixel code is the language of face book advertising. With this service your pixel code will be integrated into your webpage so your Facebook ads can start working for you in a cost effective manner.

Mailchimp funnels, creation and launch - Let us set up your email campaigns and create a 44 week funnel to engage clients and increase sales. Simply create 80% of the content and we will do the rest for you. We will send it to your email list - automating the process. You will need to be on the essentials mailchimp plan to do this (this is an additional cost incurred by you). Please note that changes to your emails and reconstructions will incur additional costs at $150 per hour (all sorted with a program called clockify).

Google Ads - Grow your website faster with Google Ads. We will integrate the google analytics and track the code so potential customers can find your website.

We design, run and pay for the ads so you don’t have to! … Just sit back and let us do the heavy lifting.

Important Information

• Clients on standard plans are required to supply 100% of content, text, images, photos, videos and links etc. You may upgrade your plan at anytime or request additional work to be done. Ensure content is high quality/resolution.

• Clients on Multimedia Bundle are required to provide at least 80% of the content needed for the website. This includes all text, images, photos, video, etc. Additional work can be done but may affect website development time and cost - see ‘Additional Hours’.

• During the website development cycle if requested content is not provided within reasonable time frame this may affect website development time.

• All information is gathered through forms to ensure information is not lost or forgotten.

• Creativity and artistic expression are subjective, everyone has their own opinion. We will strive to design something that you want and your clientele will engage with.

• All criteria takes 14 days to upload - Ensure events/workshops are planned in advance.

• This is a 12 month subscription - at the end of 12 months we will sit down via video conference and renegotiate ongoing maintenance.

• Mentorees - you will have training videos supplied inside the mentoring if you choose to take over your websites maintenance.

• Advertising - As much as we would love to guarantee sales this is not realistically possible. With the Google Ads we will do our best to ensure that an audience reaches your website and can easily navigate the platform.
