Terms and Conditions

Clients are required to provide me with at least 80% of the content needed for the website. This includes all text, images, photos, video, etc. Additional work can be done but may affect website development time and cost - see ‘Additional Hours’.

  • During the website development cycle if requested content is not provided within reasonable time frame this may affect website development time.

  • All one-on-one video conference sessions conducted though Zoom.

  • Creativity and artistic expression are subjective, everyone has their own opinion. I will strive to design something that you want and your clientele will engage with, but ultimately time spent on Webdesign Services cannot be undone. In other words, what you are paying for is my time.

  • Clients are able to book Additional Hours to do more work outside what is expected within each offer. The purpose of this is negotiable.

  • Additional Hours are normally charged at $80 per hour, or $50 for all clients on ‘Ongoing Support’ Plans.

  • All time frames and prices given are estimates only.

  • If accounts are not paid I reserve the right to deactivate your website. I will keep control of the website until a transfer of ownership is agreed upon.

  • Each month you will be able to book your included one-on-one session. These are not accumulative and will expire each month if not used.
